For decades, SIM Automation has been training its employees for a future in automation. Over the course of time, not only have job titles changed, but the training curriculum is also constantly being adapted to the market requirements and technical standards.

Every year, we provide interested and enthusiastic young secondary school graduates the opportunity to begin an interesting and forward-looking technical career, for example as a Mechatronics Engineer, Industrial Electronics Engineer or an Industrial or Cutting Machine Technician.

  • Degree course of study and work experience
  • After university, begin your career in an established environment, for example in the fields of construction / R & D / project management
  • A practical “dual” course of study at SIM Automation and at the:
    • University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Göttingen: Precision Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
    • FH Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
